We believe in empowering our employees by offering continuous growth and upskilling opportunities to ensure their success and fulfilment in making a positive impact.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleA part-time (FTE of 0.6) 12-month fixed-term contract, with flexibility in office location and hours.This position combines knowledge in Human Resource Management with technical skills in system programming and operations. The individual in this role will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Human Resource System (HRS) while also overseeing key Human Resources (HR) functions such as staff onboarding, offboarding and the new employee orientation/induction process.The position also supports the HR Coordinator with HR functions as required.Key Performance Responsibilities will include:Configure, develop and maintain the Human Resources System and other HR related systems, including troubleshooting, ensuring alignment with HR processes and optimising system performance.Oversee the entire onboarding process for new employees.Manage the offboarding process to ensure proper documentation and smooth exit procedures.Deliver systems training and development to staff and managers as needed.Provide support and backup of other key HR operational tasks as required.Develop and run system reports for HR metrics and compliance purposes.For a more detailed understanding of the key responsibility areas for this role, click here to view the Position Description. If you are using SEEK and not able to view the link, click Apply to view the Position Description.Role RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.Understanding of privacy and confidentiality obligations.Experience with HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong technical proficiency and experience with system programming and troubleshooting.Practical experience and understanding of HR processes, practices and compliance requirements.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.Ability to undertake key tasks with minimal supervision.Willingness to obtain a valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencing employment with us.
