Senior Business Analyst - Digital / RetailWe''re working with a leading retail brand undergoing an exciting phase of digital transformation, and they''re on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst with deep digital and omnichannel retail experience.The RoleAs a Senior BA, you''ll play a key role in optimising the customer experience across digital touchpoints - particularly the online store - and supporting key initiatives that bridge the gap between digital and physical retail. You''ll be working closely with product, UX, tech, and business stakeholders to shape solutions that enhance engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction. This is a 6-month day rate contract with a strong likelihood of extension for the right person.Key focus areas:Online store optimisation - from homepage through to checkoutSupporting omnichannel experiences - click & collect, in-store tech, loyalty integration etc.Leading end-to-end requirements gathering - including workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysisProducing clear and concise artefacts - including user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and current/future state documentationSupporting solution design and ensuring business needs are accurately translated into technical requirementsCollaborating with developers, testers, and product owners to validate and refine requirements throughout the delivery lifecycleWorking across squads to ensure digital initiatives align with commercial goalsChampioning the voice of the customer in digital transformation effortsWhat we''re looking for:Proven experience as a Senior BA in a retail and digital environmentStrong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital journeys, and conversion driversExperience working on omnichannel solutions across both online and in-store environmentsPlease note, we can only contact successfully shortlisted candidates at this time.
