We believe in creating and working in an environment that supports Unwavering Unity, Relentless Curiosity and Radical Empathy.THE ROLE:What you will be doing and what skills you may have:The role has a dual focus:Support the promotion of our slate of podcasts to expand reach and increase downloads.Drive audience growth across our streaming, podcast and DAB+ audio products, with a particular focus on driving logged-in listening across the Nova Player app and website.Youll work collaboratively with the broader Growth department (digital data, digital content, podcasting, publicity and audience engagement) to execute paid and engagement digital marketing campaigns to deliver on connected listening targets.In summary:Build, manage and optimize digital campaigns from end-to-end across ad serving platforms including, but not limited to, Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify, Reddit, YouTube, Apple App Store.Implement email and push marketing campaigns via the customer engagement platform, with a view to drive retention and loyalty amongst registered users.Be an ambassador for our loyalty programs, designed to reward repeat listeners with opportunities only Nova/Smooth FM can provide.Collaborate with the digital audience team to ensure audience insights inform communication, acquisition and retention strategies.Work with the design and content team to ensure creative delivers on the agreed campaign objectives.To be successful in this role you will have:Strong written communication skills and the ability to tailor tone to suit product, purpose and place.A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to build and retain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.An interest in human behaviour and the habits/considerations leading to our entertainment choices.A self-starter who is excited to manage end-to-end campaign implementation and trial new ways of working.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and to identify when assistance is needed and seek help from appropriate parties.A willingness to get stuck into mar-tech and ad serving platforms including, but not limited to, self-serve social ad platforms, Google search and Apple app store ad platforms.To support & reward your success in this role we will offer the successful candidate:A high-performance culture where you will work among a team that prides itself on being engaged, dynamic and able to leap over any obstacle put before it.Exclusive early bird access to the biggest events & concerts across Australia.Access to health and well-being initiatives (Novas Life + & Employee Assistance Program, mental health training programs).Amazing employee benefits from a huge variety of partners nationally (we dont want to boast, but it is a lot).Frequent staff lunches & survey celebrations (2025 is already shaping up to be a BIG year with some BIG wins).Access to the most exclusive gigs in town (Novas Red Room, anyone?).Opportunity to enjoy professional career development from a passionate and engaged growth team.This is a full-time, on-site position located in our Melbourne/Sydney studios.
