We''re currently seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team.This is a flexible rolework from home, at our welcoming therapy hub, and out in the community, supporting NDIS participants of all ages to live more empowered and independent lives.What Youll Be DoingAs a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you''ll work directly with participants and their support teams to create meaningful, person-centred behavioural support strategies that improve quality of life and reduce restrictive practices. You may be:A registered Allied Health professional (e.g., Psychologist, OT, Social Worker, Counsellor)Experienced in behaviour support, disability, or early childhood interventionPassionate about working in a person-centred, trauma-informed wayYoull also need:Relevant qualification in Allied Health or Human ServicesCurrent registration with AHPRA or relevant bodyA cleared WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)About UsAccess Your Supports (AYS) is a Geelong-based provider delivering high-quality services to NDIS participants across the region.
