The role rotates through day and night shifts.Responsibilities and duties include:Provide high quality care and advice on the management of patients presenting to the Emergency DepartmentProvide, coordinate and facilitate diagnosis, patient management and discharge planning, including provision of accurate, timely and legible medical records, including medical reports and discharge summariesParticipate in continuous medical education, including teaching, professional development, research, quality improvement activitiesThe Facility:The hospital is a 360 bed facility offering services and care across a large range of specialities.Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, General Medicine, Rehabilitation, Oncology, Respiratory Medicine, HITH, Palliative Care, Renal, Endocrinology, Haematology, Neurology, Anaesthetics, ENT, Urology, General Surgery, O&G, Paediatrics & other allied health services.The Location:Being the bustling capital of the Northern Territory, Darwin draws visitors worldwide eager to immerse themselves in its outdoor tropical vibe.
