You will work in a small finance and admin team performing administration and accounting activities.You will be responsible for the delivery of tasks across commercial and industrial assets including management reporting, arrears management, accounts payable, month-end accounting, outgoing expenditure recovery reconciliations, reviewing income, deliver the budgeting and forecasting processes.What this role involves:Assist with maintaining all property and lease information in MRIAssist in allocation of EFT rental payments from tenantsTenant outgoing recoveries estimatesJournal entriesClient remittancesAccounts payable coding and issuing of invoices for paymentArrears managementProcess and prepare monthly cash, accrual, budgets & forecasts reportsPreparation of annual budgets and outgoings recoveryRaise monthly management commissionsReconcile GST ReportsLiaise with Property Managers and their teams on financial reporting mattersPeriodically contact client accounting staff on month end reportingGeneral portfolio filingDeal with telephone enquiries from clients Property Management staff, clients and auditorsWhat we are looking for:TAFE Certificate or Diploma in AccountingAt least 2 years of experience in finance and/or office administrative experienceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex deliverables on a daily basisExcellent time management and task tracking skillsSound written and oral communication skillsGood interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of stakeholdersExcellent attention to detailAbility to work autonomously as well as in a teamWhat you can expect from us:Youll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
