Our client is a highly regarded, award-winning strata agency with multiple offices, known for consistently delivering high-quality Strata and Community Management services. They manage a diverse portfolio of properties throughout Sydney and across greater NSW. They are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Office Manager to join their dynamic team at the Head Office, located on the fringe of Sydneys CBD. Responsibilities include:Leading and supporting the Office Administrator and ReceptionistOrganizing morning teas, catering, and other office events that keep our culture thrivingTracking Management Agreements (MMAs)Ensuring compliance with Fair Trading requirements (gift register, etc.)Managing our weekly training schedule and keeping the Fair Trading Agency Training Plan up-to-dateMonitoring CPD training with Strata Community Association (SCA) and preparing annual summariesOverseeing the renewal of supplier agreementsCoordinating general office maintenance from printers and keys to furniture, leaks, and cleanersActing as the first point of contact for all IT support ticketsManaging the transition of building records in Strata Master and SMATAMaintaining our computer asset register and assisting with IT setups for new usersCollaborating with the receptionist on lost plansThis is a role where your attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to juggle priorities will truly shine.The Candidate:Were searching for an enthusiastic and experienced professional who brings:At least 5 years of office administration experience ideally in strata or a service-based environmentA team-player mindset with great interpersonal skillsThe confidence to liaise with clients and staff across all levelsA strong sense of initiative and ownershipExcellent organizational and coordination abilitiesA high level of discretion and confidentialityClear and confident communication skills both written and verbalSolid computer literacy (intermediate level or above)A laser-sharp eye for detailTo Apply:Please call Isabelle Bourgeois on 0455 604 163 for more information or email your CV to ibourgeois@goughrecruitment.com.au.
