From our programs to our support services - this is the place to realise your purpose.A place to make a difference:In this part-time, maximum term position (15 hours per week, until end of June 2026), youll work as a part of our Kununurra team in Bandicoot Drive to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. Youll act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, provide administrative support for the teams, and will support the efficient and effective running of the office in a proactive and professional manner. Youll also work closely with the broader WA Administration team and other Save The Children staff members.* The days you work and hours each day can be negotiated, and you can work school hours if you wish. Our only preference is that you are available from 9am to 12pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.You will make a difference by:Providing high level administrative support to the Kununurra teamCoordinating procurement support e.g., stationery and managing resources e.g., vehiclesOrganising contractors and quotes as required to meet office needsProviding friendly assistance to staff, community members and stakeholders, ensuring they are welcomed and supportedSeeking improvement in operational processes of the departmentA place to feel valued:Your deep expertise in customer service will be invaluable, as will your ability to understand the work 54 reasons undertakes and the clients we work with.This role requires:Highly developed verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management and organisational skillsHigh levels of attention to detail and qualityTyping and computer literacy skillsIdeally, experience in a reception or administrative roleA place to belong:At 54 reasons, we invest in the development and wellbeing of our people.
