Mark-A-Lot, Inc. is seeking a Project & Office Coordinator to support our project manager, estimator, field crews and office staff. This in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and takes pride in being the glue that keeps operations running more smoothly.We are flexible with both hours and scheduling and welcome part-time or full-time availability.What Youll Do:Coordinate project documentation, scheduling, and communicationSupport estimating, procurement, and budgeting effortsRead and interpret site plans, blueprints, and project specifications especially for parking lots, roadways, and related infrastructureReview and understand contract terms to advocate for and protect the company''s business interestsHelp track field operations, daily logs, and timecardsProvide light HR and recruiting assistanceAct as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teamsEnsure documentation is organized, up to date, and compliantRepresent the company with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer serviceProvide top-notch customer service, ensuring all interactions with clients and stakeholders are positive, professional, and responsiveWhat Were Looking For:Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesA proactive, dependable, and flexible team playerAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationComfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Bluebeam and other digital toolsFamiliarity with project coordination, estimating support, or construction admin is a plusExperience working in or supporting construction, field services, or similar industriesQualifications:2+ years in an administrative, project support, or office coordinator roleExperience in construction management, field operations, or contract administration (paralegal or similar legal support roles welcome)Associate degree or higher in a related field (Construction Management, Business Administration, or Legal Studies)Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and project specificationsExperience in reviewing contracts and scopes of work to ensure compliance and advocate for business interestsKnowledge of prevailing wage documentation, timekeeping, certified payroll (a plus)Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety compliance (a plus)Strong customer service mindset with the ability to maintain professionalism in busy deadline driven environmentsCompany Description: Mark-A-Lot, Inc. is family owned & operated for over 50+ yrs.
