In this role, you will apply your scientific and technical expertise to perform a variety of routine diagnostic techniques that contribute directly to patient care whilst undertaking the nightshift. Youll be involved in all stages of the diagnostic processfrom problem definition through to planning, testing, analysis, and reportingensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high standards are maintained at every step. Key to this role, you will provide supervision of the Night Shift team and ensure that KPIs are met.With the support of experienced professionals, youll also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of new methodologies and technologies. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for laboratory science and a drive to learn, grow, and be part of advancements in diagnostic services that make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of the community.About YouYou are a detail-oriented and motivated science professional with a passion for laboratory diagnostics and a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes.
