Come and join our friendly and dynamic team! We are a 36 bed cardiac and respiratory ward inclusive of 6 CCU beds. Each unit is equipped to provide highly specialized care and close monitoring of acutely ill adult patients often with cardiac monitoring and chest drains. We are committed to providing the highest levels of healthcare and services, with a strong focus on leadership, education and an ongoing outlook on the importance for developing skills for all new staff.As an AIN your responsibilities will include:Assist nurses or hospital staff in carrying out patient care dutiesWork as part of the health care team; practice in accordance with state legislation and within the designated scope of practice parametersAssess patients using therapeutic skillsProvide recommendations to specialist treatment programs based on their diagnosisAnswering patient/visitor/customer enquiriesHealthscope Northern Beaches are an accredited training hospital.
