Amplify is one of Asia Pacifics leading creator-led businesses, focused on redefining what entertainment looks like for the 21st century. We work closely with some of Australia and Asias top online creators, managing talent, campaigns, and live events to create commercial and audience opportunities. As Amplify experiences significant growth across the APAC region, particularly in the creator space, we are looking to strengthen our leadership team with the addition of a Chief Operating Officer (COO).Role Overview:The Chief Operating Officer will play a critical role in managing operational demands across multiple markets, ensuring that Amplifys growth is supported by scalable processes. This includes collaborating with country leads across the region to enhance operational efficiency and consistency. Although existing systems and processes are in place, they need to be built out further to accommodate ongoing expansion.The COO will be responsible for defining and enhancing these systems and processes to support Amplifys creator-led growth. As the company moves from a startup environment into a more structured phase, the COO will focus on ensuring operational excellence and guiding the transition. This includes refining corporate governance structures, ensuring compliance, and developing a high-performing C-suite team to lead Amplify through its next growth phase.Key Responsibilities:Lead and enhance operational strategy across multi-market operations with a focus on creator-driven growth.Work with country leads to streamline processes and ensure operational consistency across markets.Oversee finance team and governance.Build out and refine existing systems and processes to support the company''s rapid growth.Oversee structuring, compliance, and governance as Amplify scales.Lead the development and expansion of the C-suite to meet the companys evolving needs.Ensure that operational systems are built to scale, allowing for seamless growth.Ideal Candidate Profile:We are seeking a candidate who understands the unique demands of a creator-led business. Experience in digital media, advertising, and working with creators is preferable but not essential.
