This role involves providing support to two members of our Executive Leadership Team and their teams: the Chief Quality Officer and the Practice, Quality and Risk team, and the Chief Strategy Officer and the Strategy and Growth team.Your professional and articulate verbal and written communication skills, combined with your proactive and hands-on approach, together with your ability to adapt and prioritise, will contribute greatly to your success in this interesting and varied role.Your days will include;Organise and coordinate meetings - bookings, calendars and related logisticsDiary Coordination for Chief Quality Officer and Chief Strategy OfficerDevelopment of presentations and Slide PacksFile and resources management - SharePointManagement and coordination of mini projects and improvement initiativesAssistance in orientation and support of incoming and outgoing team membersManagement and coordination of team events and travel arrangementsProcessing of purchase orders, invoices, & expense reconciliation - BaswareThe ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, a solution-focused approach, a curious mindset, and the drive to succeed.Additionally, you will have;Demonstrated experience in a similar position supporting at executive level - preferredExperience in Aged Care/Healthcare, Quality & Governance Highly regardedTertiary qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent working expAbility to work collaboratively with team members and internal and external stakeholdersCompetent in using computer systems & MS Office suite including Power Point or related, with Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Sharepoint preferredWillingness to obtain a Police CheckBenefits Catholic Healthcare employees receiveAdditional leave days, salary packaging, fitness benefits, paid parental and family leave, and long service leave after five yearsCatholic Healthcare is a values-based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgroundsApply your interest online now!Catholic Healthcare acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and dream.
