The branch operates the identity verification services which aim to strengthen identity resilience and to support the economy. In everything it does, the branch aims to be trusted, inclusive and collaborative. The Identity Verification Services Operations Section is responsible for the effective delivery of three identity verification and biometric capabilities: the Document Verification Service (DVS), the Face Verification Service (FVS) and the National Driver Licence Facial Recognition Solution (NDLFRS). This process aims to fill one of those positions. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in leading teams to deliver and maintain established ICT systems, while ensuring those systems are ready to respond to future challenges and support the delivery of whole of government digital identity and transformation efforts.How you can help us make a differenceThe successful candidate will work closely with senior executives, the Co-Director; a managed service provider who operates the systems; state, territory and Commonwealth agencies who support and use the systems; and large private sector organisations who rely on the systems for their business. They will be responsible for maintaining the operations of the services, the delivery of operational enhancements to the existing service offerings and supporting the operational activities in the Identity Verification Services Operations Section.To be successful in the role you will need:Experience in leading teams to deliver and maintain established ICT systems.Ability to ensure systems are ready to respond to future challenges.Experience in supporting government digital identity and transformation efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
