In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointment coordination, patient billing, and ensuring the smooth running of the department''s day-to-day activities. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors alike.Your responsibilities will include performing general reception duties, assisting with routine clerical work, and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
