Working part time (30hrs/week) this role will play a key part in delivering marketing strategies that align with business goals and strengthen brand identity. Working closely with the General Manager and Communications Manager, this role focuses on brand development, customer engagement, and driving digital media campaigns. This role is primarily for The Finders Keepers, with support for Olive Tree Market.Reporting to: Communications managerReports: Social media & content creation & graphic designerKey Responsibilities:Working alongside the GM and Communications manager, execute our marketing strategy created to align with business goals and strengthen brand identity.Lead brand development initiatives to enhance customer engagement and foster brand loyalty.Brief and lead brand creative and seasonal artwork projects.Be a part of our events to provide onsite event support.Work alongside creative agency overseeing paid media.Work alongside creative agency for branding projects throughout the year.Working with Social Media and Content Creator, drive digital media campaigns and content to expand our online presence.Contribute to strategy and creative content plan and scheduled distribution of content (blog posts & social media features).Collaborate with Event Team to optimise customer experience and support Event activities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.Working alongside the GM and Communications manager, manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and provide reports to senior management.Build strategic partnerships with influencers to enhance brand visibility.Book and manage media and advertising strategies, budgets and relationships.Grant research and liaison with grant writer.Managing photography briefs.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Minimum of five years in a senior marketing role, ideally within events, retail or the arts.Proven track record in brand development, digital marketing, and campaign execution.Passionate about brand-building with an innovative mindset to drive growth.Strong knowledge of digital platforms, content creation, analytics, and customer engagement.Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.Knowledge of Asana, while not essential, would be beneficial.To apply, submit your resume and a cover letter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
