This role will manage tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and is the go-to person working closely with leadership, employees, key stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless operations and workplace management across the ANZ region.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the ANZ Vice President and collaborate closely with the ANZ Leadership Team.Accountable for day-to-day admin operations for the VP, including extensive calendar management, travel and expenses, and ownership of administrative duties.Ensure the rhythm of regular 1:1 and internal sales meetings, coordinating internal/external, customer, and partner meetings.Manage fortnightly Leadership Team meetings.Set up sales meetings, forecast calls, QBRs, and territory reviews, assisting with EBC requests and managing meeting conflicts.Communicate updates on behalf of the VP and manage matters requiring attention or refer them to the appropriate resources.Event management for ANZ Team across the region quarterly team get-togethers, end of year team parties, team celebrations, and team lunches.Coordinate fortnightly All Hands meetings.Manage quarterly ANZ surveys and Veeam Values awards.Plan ANZ End of Year Customer Appreciation events.Prepare and edit documents and presentations, minutes, and follow up on action items.Plan and execute Leadership Team and sales team offsites and events.Host international executives coordinating schedules, briefing documents, customer and partner meetings, and events.Manage ANZ Purchase Orders and invoices via Coupa.Administer the ANZ office budget.Assist with purchasing and reconciling invoices for meetings, team gifts, and ad hoc purchases.Support internal recruitment with interview scheduling and onboarding for new hires in the ANZ leadership teams.Create promotional merchandise bags for sales team customer meetings.Workplace ManagementPartner with the Global Director of Facilities on local ANZ initiatives and feedback.Book meeting rooms for interstate teams via Regus account.Ensure common areas in office premises are equipped with office supplies.Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment or facilities.Manage weekly grocery orders, monthly birthday cake orders, team lunch orders, and stationery orders.QualificationsAssociates degree preferred and/or equivalent years of experience.Able to proactively anticipate needs and adjust plans based on contingencies that arise.Experience working under pressure to complete tasks while being diplomatic and collaborative.Positive attitude, strong integrity, and work ethic.Veeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
