From assessments through to closure, Jacobs is well placed to support them on that journey.As the Project and Proposal Associate Resources Hub, you will be responsible for providing consultancy bid and proposal response services, technical input and direction in bid responses that will lead to the growth of new energy, decarbonisation and resources business within ANZ and globally. This appointment will focus on developing a Jacobs offering that leverages our existing multi-disciplinary capability providing a unique value proposition for our clients.The role will work alongside externally focussed Growth and Sales, Engineers, Design Management and Project Management team members and will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create non solicited as well as solicited bid responses to win and successfully deliver a range of projects, growing the portfolio within Jacobs.This Mid-Level experience role will primarily focus (but not limited to):Hands on in delivery and management of bid and proposal responses for the Resources Hub.Responsible for operational proposal and bid preparation and submittals to promote financially successful projects whilst achieving excellent client satisfaction.Being instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, technical leaders to respond to opportunities in the new energy and resources market.Manage and support cross functional team contribution, in terms of bid response development, building capability to grow the new energy and resources portfolio.Develops, implements and maintains pipeline and growth with professional, coordinated proposal responses to meet sales and client solutions.Creates long-term value for an organization from customers, markets, and relationships. Manages, coordinates, writes, reviews, and edits pricing tools, text, and metrics for sales documents such as proposals, qualifications, and presentation slides.In depth and breadth of expertise in multi discipline project delivery ranging from sustaining capital to asset projects and large projects.We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery.
