POSITION SUMMARYThe Training & Education Planner plans, analyses, optimises, and reports on implant, regenerative and digital education programs to ensure they deliver measurable business impact. This role is key in refining education workflows, tracking program success, and ensuring continuous improvement of training initiatives. It is an administrative role that is data-driven and analytical and supports the strategic development of high-quality, scalable education programs.Key Responsibilities:Training Course PlanningSupport the planning and execution of Straumann Group, and third-party implant, regenerative and digital courses.Coordinate with the Medical Education Team, speakers, trainers, and KOLs to ensure necessary materials and resources are accounted for.Maintain and manage the education program calendar to ensure structured rollout and visibility across departments.Forecast and monitor equipment and course material requirements in collaboration with the Education Coordinator, ensuring alignment with the training calendar and avoiding resource conflicts.Contribute to internal briefing preparation for Sales and Marketing teams in advance of training events.Streamline the registration, confirmation, and internal coordination process for participants.Support the Training and Education Coordinator during peak periods with packing and logistics where required.Program Analysis & OptimizationAnalyse education program effectiveness by tracking participant engagement, clinician progression, and overall impact.Identify opportunities to enhance education pathways, ensuring they align with clinician needs and business goals.Work with the Medical Education Team and Sales teams to integrate customer feedback into education improvements.Optimise education delivery models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Data Tracking & ReportingDevelop and maintain KPI tracking for training programs, measuring lead conversion, participant retention, and clinician adoption rates.Prepare regular reports on education impact, identifying trends, engagement patterns, and areas for improvement.Work with Marketing & Sales to ensure data alignment and track the commercial outcomes of training initiatives.Monitor clinician participation across digital learning platforms (SKILL, DOCEBO) and propose enhancements based on data insights.Process Improvement & Education Strategy SupportIdentify process bottlenecks in education program delivery and suggest efficiency improvements.Implement new data collection methods to improve education tracking and reporting accuracy.Assist in refining training program structures for different customer segments (GPs, Specialists, DSOs).Ensure best practices in program design, execution, and assessment are maintained.Provide strategic input into new education initiatives, leveraging insights from previous training performance.Skills and Competencies:Strong administrative skills.Strong data analysis and reporting skills.Ability to track KPIs and program effectiveness metrics.Experience with learning management systems (LMS), CRM tools, or digital analytics platforms.Strong organizational and project planning abilities.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.Effective cross-functional collaboration skills to engage with Sales, Marketing, and Education teams.Education & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business, Education, Healthcare, or a related field.Experience in data analytics, education program management, or training coordination is highly desirable.Experience in the dental implant field is highly desirable.Familiarity with digital learning tools and CRM reporting is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
