Everyday.About the roleAre you ready to be part of Ogurys exciting growth journey in Australias dynamic AdTech landscape?Were looking for a Sales Manager who is eager to help us expand our presence and maximize revenue opportunities across the region. Youll collaborate with top-tier advertisers, agencies, and DSPs, acting as a market expert and key driver of Ogurys success in Australia.As a Sales Manager, youll play a vital role in advancing Ogurys global offerings. Youll work closely with our regional team to uncover new growth opportunities and advocate for our innovative solutions.Additionally, youll be an educator for both internal and external partners, sharing insights and helping them navigate Ogurys capabilities.In this role, youll have the opportunity to shape and expand Ogurys footprint in Australia, executing our go-to-market strategy and identifying exciting new business opportunities that will drive Ogurys success in the region.Reporting directly to our Senior Sales Manager, you will drive the sales strategy and help secure local revenue while building strong, long-term partnerships with key players in the market.Why you will love this roleBe at the heart of Ogurys market expansion in Australia, leading the way in a rapidly growing AdTech spaceThis is a hybrid role based in our Melbourne office, where we look forward to welcoming you onsite 2-3 days (or more if you prefer) per weekThe role also includes frequent engagement with Ogurians across APAC, giving you the chance to build connections in an exciting global environmentWhat you will be doingDrive and own new business growth across agencies & brands in VIC, SA and WA contributing to Ogurys expansion in the regionMaximize revenues through close collaboration with the Australian and APAC sales teams, ensuring alignment and success in the marketDevelop sales initiatives and customized package offerings that meet market needs and expectations, ensuring Ogurys value is effectively communicatedLeverage industry relationships to open new doors, expanding Ogurys reach and market presenceRepresent Ogury actively at networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations, enhancing the companys brand and visibilityMaintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting for the Australian market, ensuring business objectives are metWhat you will bring to OguryProven sales experience, particularly in the AdTech or Media industries, with a strong track record of driving success and achieving targetsDemonstrated expertise in Media sales and solutioning for large Brands, experience in Managed and programmatic offerings, including structuring and closing enterprise-wide deals with major industry playersWell-established network and relationships with key contacts at agencies and brands, leveraging those connections to expand business opportunitiesPrior experience in creating strategic agreements and partnerships with agencies to drive mutual successA high degree of creativity paired with a solutions-oriented mindset, able to approach challenges with innovative solutionsA consultative mindset, focused on connecting with clients to help them unlock their potential and build lasting, value-driven relationshipsStrong ability to foster exceptional internal relationships, collaborating across teams to drive success.
