Hazell Bros Group is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Asphalt and Sealing Manager to join our team. Join us to be part of a company where your career is a journey and your success is our success, thats not just a promise but a reality.The ROLEDemonstrate commitment to a safe working environment and contribute to the development of the Safety 1st culture.Ensure compliance with Hazell Bros Group, OH&S regulations, work instructions, and procedures.Lead and develop a high-performing, productive team by conducting regular performance reviews and managing team dynamics.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting Hazell Bros products and services.Work to meet and exceed customer expectations through effective communication and service delivery.Oversee the safe and efficient completion of all activities on site.Monitor and report on the performance of operations, providing improvement ideas where applicable.Ensure compliance with all business regulations and contractual terms related to cost and budgeting.Identify resource and skills gaps, developing strategies for closing these gaps.About YOUExtensive knowledge of the construction industry.Proven experience in the effective management and leadership of employees.Demonstrated compliance management experience.Ability to understand and manage client and project requirements.Experience in identifying and addressing resource gaps and operational challenges.Construction Industry White Card (or ability to obtain).Drivers licence.Certificates in project/construction project management (highly desirable).Essential KnowledgeJob Safety Analysis, hazard awareness, identification and controls.Established leadership and operational management skills.Understanding of regulatory governance and legislative requirements.What we offer YOUThere is nothing more important at Hazell Bros than having our workforce return home in a fit and healthy state at the end of every working day.
