In response to significant growth and market opportunities, an additional Manager is sought to join its Melbourne team.The OpportunityOperating within a dynamic and collaborative environment alongside top-tier infrastructure professionals, you''ll lead transactional workstreams while mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, due diligence materials, and presentations, as well as negotiating term sheets, pricing structures, and engagements with external parties. Transactional exposure spans debt and project finance advisory, greenfield project bids, acquisitions, and divestments.Required Skills and ExperienceWe seek an infrastructure professional with 4-7 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, or infrastructure/energy advisory, development, or investment. Your expertise in complex financial modelling, encompassing cash flows, financing structures, and tax considerations, will be instrumental in guiding junior team members.
