However, wed like to see evidence that you:Show an interest in Banking and Financial ServicesMaintain consistent academic effort and achievement at schoolAre predicted to achieve an ATAR of 85+Have the ability to analyze a problem, take a view, and come to a decisionCommunicate confidentlyDemonstrate drive and resilienceAre a team playerHave work experience (paid or unpaid)Demonstrate accountability and integrityPerhaps youve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging?
