You will have the opportunity to partner closely with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a seamless and effective hiring experience that aligns with Samsung Australias growth plans & culture.Role & ResponsibilitiesIdentify both short- and long-term hiring needs to fulfil Samsung Australias current and future talent requirementsCoach business leaders and key stakeholders on their responsibilities in the hiring processOversee the end to end candidate selection process, including job briefing, interview training and offer managementBuild trusted relationships with all hiring managers across the business to influence best recruitment practice across Samsung AustraliaTrack and report on recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights to leadershipActively engage in building strategic talent pipeline to ensure talent competitiveness for critical positionsParticipate in employer branding initiatives and working internally to drive brand awareness and advocacyLead & coach a small team of internal recruiters, setting clear objectives & direction to encourage professional growthPartner with our regional colleagues to deliver consistent experiences across Asia PacificOther additional duties and responsibilities as directed within Talent Acquisition locally or from regional levelSkills & QualificationsDemonstrates a proven track record within an in-house recruitment environment as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner/Manager/LeadCapacity to lead the end to end recruitment cycle and manage large volumes of rolesUnderstand business commercial settings including prior experience in recruiting Sales, Category/Product & Marketing roles within a specific industryExtensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and a deep understanding of external talent market conditions & trendsExperience in working in a fast-paced commercial corporate environmentPrevious people leadership experience is preferablePrior experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Workday)Ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder expectations and multiple competing prioritiesFocus on delivery of service.
