Youll be responsible for coordinating our fleet, tools, equipment, and warehouse activitiesplaying a key part in supporting our field teams.Location: Laverton North, VICReports to: Business Unit General ManagerWhats In It for You:Competitive salary package with ongoing career progression opportunities.Employee benefits including access to the Vinci employee share program, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.Flexible working conditions to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Comprehensive training and support to develop your skills and advance your career.All PPE provided and a safe, supportive working environment.Free onsite car parking and additional perks to enhance your work experience.Your Role & Key Responsibilities:Fleet ManagementEnsure vehicles meet all legal and company standards (e.g., WOF, COF, safety).Conduct monthly inspections and follow up on any issues.Coordinate servicing, repairs, deliveries, and returns.Manage fuel card use and replacements.Ensure all equipment is certified, tested, and compliant.Oversee bookings, check-ins/check-outs, and usage tracking.Manage repairs, calibration, and transport to job sites.Maintain accurate location and maintenance records.Support BUs with all equipment needs.Tool & Equipment ManagementProcure, allocate, and maintain specialised tools and gear.Keep a robust inventory and track service/repair intervals.Work with teams to forecast needs and optimise usage.Warehouse & Yard OperationsCoordinate deliveries and dispatch of materials, tools, and equipment.Maintain organised, clean, and safe storage areas, including quarantined items.Support BUs with storage and warehousing needs.Health & SafetyEnsure compliance across all areas (fleet, plant, tools, warehouse).Conduct safety inspections and audits; investigate incidents.Promote safe practices and proper use of PPE.Who Were Looking For:Were looking for someone who takes ownership, has great attention to detail, and enjoys supporting others to get the job done right.To succeed in this role, you will have:Previous experience in fleet, stores, or warehouse coordinationStrong organisational and communication skillsConfidence using digital systems and managing dataA current Victorian Drivers LicenseHeavy Rigid license would be advantageousForklift license and/or knowledge of vehicle or tool maintenance is desirableWhy Omexom?At Omexom, we provide a dynamic, inclusive environment where your skills and contributions truly matter.
