You''ll work closely with customers to bring their vision to life, handling quotes, artwork, orders, and everything in between.This is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, high-energy business thats growing quickly and doing things differently.What Youll Be DoingOwn the customer experience from first enquiry through to final deliveryRespond to customer enquiries across phone, email and live chat. Keeping things prompt, friendly and on-brandBuild genuine, long-term relationships with clubs, schools, and corporatesHandle product enquiries, prepare quotes, follow up, and manage artwork approvalAccurately enter order details into our CRM and Excel-based systemsCoordinate with internal teamsincluding sales, design, production and warehouseto keep jobs movingTrack orders, manage timelines, and follow up with clients to ensure everything runs smoothlyCoordinate artwork proofs and approvalsCommunicate clearly and confidently with customers to manage expectations and timelinesSupport customers in understanding options, timelines, and product rangesHandle and resolve any complaints or issues with professionalism and empathyManage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry and updates.Look for ways to improve systems and streamline processesThis is a busy, fast-paced role where you''ll be managing multiple new job enquiries and orders every single day so you''ll need to multi-task and stay organised across the full order cycle.Youll draw on your proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their goals.It''s the perfect role for someone who is process-driven, loves keeping things moving, and has a natural eye for detail.Who Were Looking ForYou love working with people and making customers feel supportedYou''re confident, organised, and can manage multiple tasks with easeYoure a team player who takes initiative and gets things doneYou enjoy a fast moving environment and dont get rattled under pressureInterest or knowledge in sport is not necessary but appreciatedExperience in uniforms, merchandise, or apparel is a bonus, but not essentialComfortable navigating CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital toolsAdobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus (but not essential)Youre driven, proactive and love bringing energy to your workWere a proudly Australian brand doing things differently in the custom apparel space.
