We pride ourselves on delivering reliable and efficient cold chain logistics solutions.About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Transport Operations Administrator to join our team. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations coordinating paperwork, working with the Supervisor ensuring a smooth transparent daily operation.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Support: Assist the Supervisor and Manager with Customer communication/Reception/driver communication, Order entries and bookings.Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met.Paperwork Management: Verify and ensure all driver paperwork (Chep/Loscam pallet dockets, PO sheets, SO sheets, consignment notes, and run sheets) is complete and compliant.Proof of Delivery (POD) Management: Ensure all PODs are returned from deliveries.Ad Hoc Admin Tasks: Support specific customer requirements and assist with general administrative duties as needed.About YouExperience in refrigerated Transport preferred.Must have prior experience with Excel/Word and Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently and also in a team environment.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Preference to having truck driving experience (preferred but not essential).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Be able to prioritize high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication.Previous experience or understanding of COR, NHVAS, BFM and Mass Management compliance accreditation systems and regulatory requirements preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Opportunity to work in a growing logistics company with a supportive team.Career development and learning opportunities.Friendly, supportive and collaborative team culture.If youre a proactive and organized professional looking for a great opportunity in the logistics industry, wed love to hear from you!Application ProcessInterested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their experience and suitability for the role to: [emailprotected]Pace Aust Logistics is an equal opportunity employer.
