Were seeking a talented Junior Photographer to join our team and bring compelling visual stories to life. In this role, youll collaborate closely with our senior photography and creative teams, applying your strong photography and production skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Youll take a process-driven approach to managing catalogue and campaign outputs, consistently delivering high-quality content in line with our weekly schedules.What You Can BringPhotography & production knowledge/skillsProcess driven management of catalogue & campaign outputsDeliverables based on weekly schedulesAbility to interpret briefs for accuracy of shotsSupport creative process by ensuring photography is on brief on time and feedback on issues which may affect time or quality of delivery.Consistent meaningful input during weekly briefing process to improve efficiencies & deliverablesEscalate cost concerns when outside of retainerMaintaining high levels of quality control on all assignmentsActively identify new business opportunities within the scope of the roleContribute to the delivery, quality and cost effectivenessWork with studio producers, photographers, assistants and sample admin teams to deliver high standards of photography & content output.Technical Skills and Experience:Junior Photographer with minimum of 1-3 yrs experience in a commercial environmentSolid understanding of how a working studio operatesExperience in product photography, retail catalogue experience preferable but not essentialGood understanding of Capture OneTechnology savvyUnderstanding of colour management and image specificationsAbility to present internally and externally with clients as neededFast, skilled lighting technician proficient with studio & location environmentsAbility to shoot social content using iPhone/gimbalAbility to shoot company events & functionsWhat We Can OfferBreakfast supplies, snacks, drinks and fruit.Paid parental leave and kids club.Employee Reward & Recognition program.Agency off-site away days.Access to our full-service wellbeing provider including GPs, Psychologists, Health Coaches, Nutritionists and more!Social events, diversity initiatives and team sports tournaments.Birthday leave.And so much more!About UsWere in the memory business.
