Randstad Defence is currently partnering with one of Australias leading defence organisations to secure exceptional talent for one of South Australias key projects in maritime construction. We are seeking an experienced Configuration and Assurance Manager who specialises in developing and maintaining a Configuration Management Plan that will be used by the Infrastructure Team and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders. A key part of the Plan involves Requirements Management through application of systems engineering principles to manage the full scope of the infrastructure and equipment functional requirements (IFR) while providing leadership, guidance, and support to the team.The position is responsible for establishing, managing and maintaining configuration baselines for all documents within a document management system and all infrastructure requirements within a requirements management database. This will require new processes and tools to ensure delivery of high-quality Configuration Management solutions.
