This is a full-time role and is based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane.Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer, the Head of Mass Fundraising and Engagement will lead the strategic development, transformation, and growth of our mass fundraising and engagement channels. The role is responsible for overseeing mass fundraising efforts, driving digital and traditional campaigns to increase donor acquisition, engagement, and retention and reactivation.Key responsibilities include:Oversee and implement a multi-year, multi-channel mass fundraising acquisition and retention strategy with a focus on growth and development.Oversee and lead the new mass fundraising products and optimisation of existing products, improving digital fundraising tactics and capabilities.Drive the development of the multi-channel fundraising strategy for Individual Giving, including regular Giving with a focus on mail, EDM and digital.Implement a new acquisition strategy for individual giving and regular donors across direct mail and digital channels.Lead the development of new community products to drive growth and optimisation of existing products.Lead the development and implementation of a GIW fundraising strategy, including marketing to existing donors and new audiences, stewardship and estate administration.Who are you?You love numbers and diving deep into understanding the data and using it to make informed decisions.You are laser focused on your targets and can operate both strategically and operationally.You are an exceptional leader, able to bring the best out of your team.Key criteriaTo be successful in this role, you will possess the following:Tertiary qualification in role related discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education.Minimum 7 years experience across mass fundraising, donor care, individual giving.Extensive experience in digital campaign management, monitoring and evaluation.Previous experience in Peer-to-Peer Campaign Development and Event Fundraising.Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing acquisition strategies for growth in Individual giving, digital P2P campaigns, GIW and regular giving.What is our difference?When you join the team, youre not just doing another job.
