Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.About The RoleThe Workplace Relations Advisor will provide professional advice and support to employees and managers across Barwon Health in relation to the full range of employment relations and employee conditions. As part of the Workplace Relations team, you are expected to be an effective consultant, proactive in problem solving and managing internal and external relationships.With a hands-on, solution-focussed approach to resolving complex employee relations matters you will take an advanced role supporting and coaching managers through employee relations processes and procedures. Some key components will include reclassification claims, performance management and disciplinary processes.
