As an integral part of the ICT Technology Roadmap 2025-2026 programme, this position will be instrumental in enhancing technology capabilities and improving the digital experience for our students, staff, and stakeholders. The ICT Business & Systems Analyst will be crucial in driving operational efficiency, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring IT systems align with business objectives and user needs. This will involve analysing current business processes, practices, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and integrating these enhancements into both existing and planned operations. Reporting directly to the ICT Manager, this role is subject to a six-month probationary period.About youYou are a highly organised, self-motivated and results oriented professional with the ability to independently plan, execute and report on key deliverables. Demonstrating a strong background in ICT business and analysis skills, combined with strong focus on stakeholder engagement you can build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships both internally and externally. Your ability to manage change effectively and meet project deadlines is supported by your initiative and problem-solving skills. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing you to navigate challenges with insight and sound judgment.
