Apply now to be part of our team.Job summary:Flexible hours availableMore than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this roleWork visa will be provided for this roleThis is an immediate start positionResponsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about private functions or group bookingsOrganize and coordinate events, including menu selection, setup, guest needs, and timingLiaise with kitchen staff, head chef, and manager to ensure seamless execution of eventsMaintain a calendar of upcoming events and communicate needs clearly with the teamFollow up with guests post-function to gather feedback and ensure satisfactionHelp manage reservation systems and large-party bookingsHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and careEnsure every guest has a welcoming, personalized dining experienceWork alongside the Manager to improve service delivery and respond to guest feedbackAssist in overseeing daily restaurant operations (FOH and BOH coordination)Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer serviceSupport staff scheduling, performance management, and shift supervisionQualifications:Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience (Italian dining a plus)Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsExperience planning or coordinating events/functions is highly desirableGuest-focused with an eye for detail and a calm, professional demeanorAbility to multitask in a high-pressure environmentFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysFamiliarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and booking platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
