Our team is a high performing and collaborative group that delivers exceptional service for our people, through the delivery of contemporary and best practice people services.Duties include:Efficiently run recruitment processesLead onboarding by creating a detailed guide covering software, values, and processesAssume a proactive role in fostering a culture of recognition within the organisationPrepare and deliver people data reports and insights to CFO and Leadership Teams to support data-informed decisionsLead and/or contribute to firm-wide people projectsYouWe are looking for someone who is driven, curious, and has a passion for HR. You will be an experienced HR Adviser or HR Generalist with at least 5 years'' experience in a Human Resources role in a professional services or law firm environment.You will be a team player and can collaborate with all levels of seniority. The role will require you to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and often competing priorities. It is essential that you can develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Salary and BenefitsSalary $115K to $125K Package, dependent upon experience.
