Youll support the delivery of national hardware rollout projects, coordinate resources and timelines, and play a key role in streamlining service delivery processes across Australia and beyond.This role is perfect for someone with 3+ years'' experience in operations or project support roleswho thrives on creating order out of chaos, loves collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enjoys seeing projects through to completion.Whats in it for you?Competitive salary package ($80,000$110,000 + Super depending on experience)Join a global company expanding across Australia and the USFlexible hybrid work model (WFH + office)Onsite parking in AbbotsfordDog-friendly officeMacBook + phone providedCollaborative work atmosphere and regular team/social eventsWhat will you be doing?Lead the coordination and execution of large-scale customer rollouts in collaboration with the Head of Operations and Customer Success teamsDevelop and maintain project timelines, resource plans, risk registers, and reporting dashboardsSupport day-to-day logistics including tracking inventory, managing installs, and updating documentationAct as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionVisit customer sites as required to support trial setups or resolve onsite issuesPrepare project documentation, including audio design specs, install guides, and process flowsWork closely with stock and procurement leads to ensure availability and readiness of all required hardwareDrive improvements across service delivery workflows to increase team efficiency and visibilityCollect and analyse performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvementWhat do you need?A Bachelors degree or qualification in Business, Project Management, or a related field3+ years experience in a project coordination or operational support role, ideally within a technology, retail, or operations environmentFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project or similar)Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyClear and confident communication skills, both written and verbalTech-savvy with solid experience in Excel and collaboration platforms like Slack and ZoomA self-starter who can work independently and adapt quickly to changePassion for customer service and a calm, solution-focused mindsetIf you''re as passionate about this position as we are then please don''t delay and APPLY NOW!
