Our clients include some of the most prestigious hotels and accommodation brands.Supreme Hospitality now has an exciting opportunity in our Housekeeping department. We have a position available for a Senior Supervisor to join our enthusiastic and successful team on a part-time basis.The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:Great attention to detailExceptional teamworkHigh standard of personal presentationOngoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guestsYou will be responsible for:Ensuring day-to-day cleaning is effective and efficientEnsuring that documentation and information in hotel rooms is well presented and up-to-dateEnsuring the room is completely clean in an effective and efficient mannerReporting any repairs needed, technical faults or faulty equipmentUsing correct cleaning techniques to clean following OHS regulationsChecking and restocking room supplies including beverage suppliesReporting lost and damaged items to the Housekeeping Management teamWorking closely with Front Office in order to release rooms at the allocated timesMaintaining guest corridors and reporting any spillage to the Housekeeping Management teamMust have work rights in Australia.Cleaning experience is essential.Vacuum floors, hallways, clean restrooms and all public areas.Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, vacuums and polishes floor.Collects soiled linen and restocks linen supplies on the floors and strips room if required.Assists in keeping the lobby area clean, neat and free of debris.Removes rubbish as needed.Maintains housekeeping carts, guest amenities and stocks supplies to par levels.Helps the room attendants with heavy lifting and special cleaning.Reports maintenance requirements.Reporting any lost property following correct hotel procedures.Ensuring all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly.Using correct chemicals for cleaning purposes using safe work practices.Ensuring all WH&S policies and procedures are followed.To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous work experience in a similar position (will be advantageous).A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management skills.The ability to act consistently with clear ethics and values in accordance with confidentiality.Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five-star grooming standards.The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.Attributes:Focused and passionate about quality service.Well organized, with attention to detail.Team oriented and able to work under pressure.Value a high performing team environment.Be immaculately presented.Be part of a growing business.Working with an innovative and high-quality provider in outsourced hospitality services.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have professional housekeeping experience?How much notice are you required to give your current employer? #J-18808-Ljbffr
