You will lead information systems (IS) expertise across projects and operations in conjunction with regional network direction via both direct and indirect reports under the Contract Logistics division.Your RoleWhile managing a team, your primary objective is to provide professional warehouse management solutions (WMS) and/or transport management solutions (TMS) at site level.Your ResponsibilitiesTo ensure that only those approved IS applications such as our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS), along with visibility and reports, are deployed.To coordinate the IS input for all requests for tender/proposal and ensure a smooth IS implementation during the customer onboarding phase.To ensure that IS applications support is in place for existing operations at all times.To support continuous improvement activities and innovation.To ensure IS governance and compliance is in place and adhered to.To ensure that team members are upskilled by ensuring appropriate training activities are in place.Your Skills and ExperiencesMinimum of 8 years of experience in a warehouse environment, specializing in WMS systems.At least 5 years in a people management position.Experience in Warehouse Operation Process WMS/TMS System and System Integration.Ability to troubleshoot WMS, TMS, and EDI processing and data quality issues.Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge is mandatory; Blue Yonder/SwiftLog experience is preferred.Business Intelligence (SAP Business Object), Oracle Transport Management, PCIP (Parcel Carrier Integration Platform), or carrier integration knowledge is an advantage.Automation or WMS Integration with WCS is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
