Recruitment Services delivers consultative, progressive, innovative, fair and ethical recruitment solutions.About the RoleThe Director, Recruitment Services leads the Recruitment Services function supported by a team of recruitment professionals and works on the delivery of recruitment strategies that align to Government priorities. The role is responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of recruitment services across the department. The role will proactively work with the department''s frontline areas in managing external providers to ensure best value for money is achieved, the best possible talent is being attracted, and that appointments are successful and lead to a fulfilled career.The role forms part of the People Services leadership team and works strategically with other areas within PSCC and its stakeholders to understand their business and what is required for current and future success.
