The team provides legal assistance in most areas of dispute resolution and litigation, including:Body corporateBuilding and constructionConsumer claimsContractual mattersDebt recoveryDefamationEmployment lawInsolvency lawWho we are seeking:The desired skills and experience you will bring to the team include:At least 1-2 years PAE in at least one of the practice areas noted aboveStrong advisory, drafting, and litigation skills (including advocacy)The ability to work independently and manage client expectationsThe ability to accurately manage workload in a fast-paced environmentDrive, enthusiasm, ambition and integrityHighly developed organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsWhilst we prefer a candidate with at least 1-2 years PAE, we are open to exploring candidates who are recent legal graduates but who possess an eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.Does this sound like your dream job?Submit your resume and cover letter, and lets chat!
