In this role you will ensure a high standard of quality hospital food production, and cleanliness is maintained in line with the Food Safety Plan, relevant Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards and Hospital policy.This part-time role offers a minimum of 42 hours per fortnight, and is perfect for someone seeking a great work/life balance, and a supportive and inclusive environment. Availability to work across a 7-day roster is essential. No late night shifts!Your Skills And ExperienceThe successful candidate will demonstrate the following:Certificate in Commercial CookingMinimum 12 months experience as a ChefCook qualifications may be consideredAbility to cater to a wide variety of sensitive dietary requirementsMust have a thorough understanding of allergy management practicesExcellent work ethic, customer service skills, time management skills and the ability to successfully work in a team environmentAbility to work in a multicultural and diverse workplacePrevious healthcare setting experience will be highly regarded.Whats in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
