This pivotal position ensures that the People and Culture Branch (PCB) aligns its service delivery with DBCA''s strategic and operational needs. As a valued member of the PCB leadership team, the successful candidate will oversee effective and efficient payroll management, implement innovative HR systems, and provide comprehensive workforce reporting and data analytics for the department and its bureau service clients.At DBCA, we have adopted Leadership Expectations which provides a common understanding of the mindsets and expected behaviours required of all our employees and the public sector. In this role, you will be Leading Leaders to help drive positive change.Selection CriteriaApplicants should demonstrate their ability to meet the following criteria as part of their cover letter and CV:Proven leadership skills and extensive experience in managing and delivering payroll function, HR systems administration, and workforce reporting and data analytics.
