This role will be joining the exciting Build to Rent portfolio under our brand PRD Melbourne Apartments, which includes hand selected apartments across Melbournes most iconic residential projects.In this role, you will be based in our Melbourne CBD office alongside Colliers Residential team, andmaintain close liaison with tenants and one institutional landlord, foster efficient, harmonious, and close working relationships as well as preparation of all related reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.Key responsibilities:Facilitate resources to resolve property issues and maintain services.Implement and maintain systematic lease administration, including lease preparation, transfers, and execution.Review tenant applications, conduct reference checksLiaise with property owners and tenants on management and occupancy issues.Process invoices and paymentsDevelop relationships within the business to source and refer opportunities.QualificationsTo be successful in the role of Property Administrator, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:Valid Real Estate Qualification in VictoriaExperience in lease administration, including lease preparation, transfers, and execution is essentialExperience in tenant liaison and financial managementExperience with Microsoft 365Additional InformationAbout Colliers Residential & PRD MelbourneFor over 20 years, Colliers Residential Victoria has been a leading force within the residential property industry, offering clients access to global networks and an unrivalled level of experience and knowledge.
