From planting the first crop of bananas over 76 years ago, the farming business has expanded to produce bananas, papaya, sugarcane, cattle, and avocados. The business is now directed by the familys 3rd generation and employs more than 550 employees across 9 locations from Cooktown to Melbourne. Recently, the business has expanded into sales, ripening, and processing of produce.About the role:The Finance and Administration Officer plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy and integration across systems, supporting both the Finance and Administration teams. Responsibilities include reconciling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data between FreshTrack and NetSuite, with a focus on grower expense reconciliation for full cost recovery.You will also support the Administration team with Grower Payments, Load Coordination, and reporting.This position reports directly to the Administration Manager and is ideal for someone who values accuracy, systems thinking, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data between FreshTrack and NetSuitePerform Grower Expense Reconciliation to ensure accurate cost recoveryConduct EOM Stock reconciliations between systemsAssist with data compilation for auditsSupport processing of Grower PaymentsMaintain accurate reconciliation and administrative recordsPrepare reports for management and stakeholdersAbout You:Experience in administrative and/or finance rolesExperience with financial systems (FreshTrack and/or NetSuite) is advantageousExcellent communication skills, confident engagement with stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsHow to Apply?This Part-Time role is available to start immediately.
