Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be based at our Alice Springs store in a role that can offer you career growth opportunities.Leveraging your diverse skills and experience you will take responsibility for:Leading, mentoring, and empowering staffEnsuring compliance and safe work practicesMaximising store performanceDriving sales targets and business initiativesEnsuring the provision of superior service deliveryRecognising and pro-actively driving continuous improvementAbout YouYou can demonstrate effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination to drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone''s position as a market leader. Your commitment to health and safety is essential.Qualifications And ExperienceTyre fitting and/or mechanical experience (desirable).Certificate IV in Front Line Management (desirable).Sales management experience.Strong oral and written communication.Problem-solving skills.Experience in leading, managing, and motivating staff.Exceptional time management and organisational skills.Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this career defining role however is not essential.
