Exciting opportunity to make a positive impact for the NSW community!Term opportunity up to February 2027Total remuneration package: $256,323 - $280,426 including super, commensurate with experienceBased in Sydney CBD with flexible working arrangements availableAs a Group Product Director with Service NSWYoull lead a portfolio of digital product teams that are operating and continuously improving digital services used by SNSW customers and our frontline staff.Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, this unique role operates at the intersection of digital product strategy, customer experience, and technology in a product-oriented, agile operating environment.You will lead talented and committed product teams to define product vision and strategy and rapidly deliver, iterate and operate digital products and services in a smart, efficient way.You will be instrumental in adapting and building our digital capability for our frontline colleagues to meet their ever-changing needs in areas such as our service and call centers.
