The Settlement Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all settlement requests at the end of our clients'' matters. The role requires high accuracy and efficiency in completing billing requests to ensure exceptional client care. This is a full-time position, and we are considering applicants to work from either our Toowoomba or Melbourne locations. If you have experience in administration, customer service, or the legal field and are seeking a new challenge, this is an excellent opportunity to broaden your skills within an established company, focusing on billing and settlements to finalize legal matters, working alongside experienced lawyers and support staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with internal stakeholders. Communicating with external stakeholders to ensure timely settlement payments. Accurately monitoring, calculating, and distributing settlement monies.
