We believe where students live is more than just a bed, it should shelter and shape them.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Leasing and Partnerships Coordinator role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, including invoicing, processing group bookings, vendor onboarding, and stakeholder communications. By working closely with both internal teams and external partners, you will drive efficiency, improve the partner and resident experience, and contribute to Scape''s mission of becoming the leader in student living and experiences.This role based is in our Sydney CBD Head Office, 5 days per week.THE IDEAL CANDIDATERelevant Bachelor or Associates'' Degree in related field is desirableDemonstrated experience in leading through an environment of changeExperience working within real estate, hospitality or other service industrys is high desirable.Ability to think strategically as well as manage and deliver all elements a project/campaign from end- to-endOrganised, flexible and dedicatedImpeccable attention to detailThe ability and desire for a leasing role with a confident and determined approachGreat communication skills with strong business-related knowledgeDependable, enthusiastic and works well within diverse teamsHighly self-motivated, and ambitious in achieving goalsShould possess the skill to work both in a team and perform independentlyExcellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skillsPassionate and motivatedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPERKS & BENEFITSAt Scape, we are all about creating and sharing the good vibes.
