Add expected salary to your profile for insightsInbound Stock Control Assistants - Afternoon Shift (3:00PM - 11:06PM)Reporting into the Procurement & Inventory Manager, the Inbound Stock Control Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management processes. This position involves receiving incoming goods, verifying that physical stock matches delivery documentation, and supporting production needs by managing stock arrangements and entering data into the ERP system.Key Responsibilities:Receiving GoodsCheck incoming shipments against delivery dockets for accuracy.Report any issues like damage or incorrect quantities.Follow standard receiving procedures.Ensure accurate stock receipting.Coordinate with Procurement on incoming stock.Inventory ControlRecord inventory details in the ERP system.Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.Organize stock for efficient workflow.Investigate and resolve inventory issues on time.Coordinate with Procurement to ensure material availability.Provide weekly inventory reports.Production OperationsWork with production teams to identify stock needs and ensure timely material availability.Issue stock with correct lot numbers for traceability and quality compliance.Pick and organise materials and packaging required for production in advance.About YouStrong attention to details with efficient organisational skills and commitment to data integrity.Reliable and motivated to complete all tasks within required timeframes.Adherence to all OHS/Safety policies and practices.Ability to work with limited supervision with a strong and efficient work ethic.A team player aligned with True Foods values and behaviours.To be considered for this position:Previous experience in a similar role in the FMCG Industry is highly desirable.Experience in conducting inventory counts and stocktakes.Experience using RF scanners is advantageous.How to applyTo apply, please click the apply now button and follow the prompts.
