This role requires close collaboration with other key roles and teams across the large scale organisation.What you will do:As a Payroll & Benefits Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering professional HR, Payroll, and Superannuation administration services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing complex payroll data inputs, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and providing responsive payroll advisory services. You will also be tasked with driving improvements to payroll systems and administration while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Your ability to build strong relationships with the HR Operations team will be key to ensuring the accuracy of superannuation information.Prepare complex payroll data input and assist with checking, quality control and maintenance of records to ensure accuracy, service quality and data integrity.Provide a responsive and accurate payroll advisory service, assist in identifying payroll errors and implement corrective action.Ensure that all legislative requirements are complied with in the delivery of the payroll and leave services.Ensure accurate and timely processing of records relating to superannuation data and contributions to relevant funds.Respond to client enquiries within agreed client service standards providing a high-quality service.Drive improvements to payroll systems and administration using a customer-focused approachWhat you bring:As our ideal candidate for the Payroll & Benefits Officer role, you bring extensive experience in delivering professional Payroll and Superannuation services.
