You will develop and manage our pre-owned Polestar process, working with partners to optimize pre-owned sales. You will also be responsible for pricing strategy, developing partnerships to increase residual value, and creating new business processes to support the pre-owned program.What youll doDefine and execute the optimal remarketing strategy for Polestar in Australia.Manage relationships with and support Polestar Remarketing Partners and Dealers.Develop local pricing strategies and tools to drive revenue.Ensure fulfillment of Polestar pre-owned standards across operations through audits and training.Develop innovative sales strategies for used cars to enhance vehicle re-circulation.Seek and forecast sourcing opportunities for pre-owned Polestars.Manage pre-owned vehicle sales and monitor stock levels.Report on sales performance and KPIs, and follow up accordingly.Coordinate a smooth de-fleet process for internal and company cars.Continuously improve the pre-owned program to ensure a competitive customer offer.Submit change requests and enhancements to the global program.Analyze residual value performance and forecast future trends.Monitor market residual value performance against competitors.Provide product feedback to influence future products from an RV perspective.Build and manage relationships with key residual value stakeholders such as leasing companies, RV committees, and auctioneers.Organize residual value events for stakeholders.Represent Polestar at remarketing events.Your skillsExperience in business development.Proficiency in data analysis, financial analysis, and market sales analysis.Experience developing and managing relationships with strategic partners and external stakeholders.Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.Strong communication skills and confidence in public speaking.Excellent problem-solving skills.Experience with vehicle remarketing at a major automotive brand is advantageous.Who You AreYou possess a can do attitude, strong organizational skills, and are comfortable applying supply and demand principles to real-world scenarios.
